I contacted this company after being referred to them. They came out for a quote and repair and said they would send me the quote by email and I never received it . I contacted them several times after, spoke to Vanessa and she said that the quote would be sent again and never did.Months later, I decided to try to give them a try again and contacted them again, I had to call and text several times to even get a response. I was only able to get a response because the referral spoke to them while at her house. again they said someone would come out and gave me an appointment more than a month later.They never came, never reached out… crickets… not sure how these people are still in business but wow the service there is non existent! After giving them 2 chances they have shown that they are not reliable, unprofessional and definitely do not care about customers.

I contracted Exclusive Pool Miami in January 2022. They did a full remodel of my pool and backyard. We are very pleased with the outcome. It was a pleasure to work with Joe throughout the process. I called this business on a Sunday for an emergency and they were very responsive arrived within the hour we were very impressed that they had a service truck equipped with the parts that we needed to fix our pool pump and they truly saved the day for us. Highly recommend this company!!!!!!!

Exclusive pools of Miami did a fantastic job with our new pool. I had horror stories of miami pool builders so I did my due diligence. Yoel and the entire team over at Exclusive pools was very helpful and knowledgable. Our pool was built on time and on budget.

Highly recommend Exclusive Pools. After getting ripped off by another pool builder, Yoel and the team at Exclusive Pools really came through. They are not the cheapest but they are the best.
